Booking & Cancellation Policy

Deposits and balance

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price secures your booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the first day of your programme. Bookings made within 30 days require payment in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation by you

  • More than 60 days before: deposit retained, balance refunded if paid.
  • 30–60 days before: 50% of total price retained.
  • Less than 30 days before: 100% of total price retained.

We strongly recommend travel and dive cancellation insurance.

Transfers

You may transfer your booking to another suitably qualified diver at any time up to 7 days before the start, free of charge. Date changes are subject to availability.

Cancellation by us (weather / safety)

If we cancel a dive or programme for safety reasons (weather, sea state, mechanical) we will offer (a) a re-scheduled dive within the same programme, (b) a credit valid 24 months, or (c) a pro-rata refund. Travel and accommodation costs are not refundable by us — please insure them.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
