Indicative guide prices in pounds sterling. Every job is confirmed with a written fixed quotation before work begins, so you always know the total before you commit.

What is included
- Travel within the stated service area, at the call-out rate shown.
- Diagnosis, written quotation and, where possible, opening on the first visit.
- Function testing over 50 open/close cycles before handover.
- New codes set and demonstrated to you, plus a written job report.
What may cost extra
- Out-of-hours, weekend and bank holiday attendance: +40% on labour.
- Emergency same-day attendance: +£60.
- Specialist parts, manufacturer code retrieval and courier charges, quoted at cost.
- Lifting equipment, stair-climbing gear or a second engineer for safes over 250 kg.
- Congestion Charge, ULEZ, tolls and paid parking, charged at cost where unavoidable.
VAT and currency
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added and prices shown are the final amounts payable.
Price validity
Guide prices are reviewed periodically and may change without notice. A written quotation, once issued, is fixed for 30 days and will not increase unless you approve additional work.
