Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. To exercise this right, email [email protected] with your order number.
In addition to your statutory right, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not delighted with the BigNomad sponge, return it (used or unused) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Original delivery charges are refunded only where you exercise your 14-day cancellation right for the entire order.
If your sponge arrives damaged or develops a fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photograph of the issue.
