bignomad.com does not directly sell products to consumers. The Site provides product information and links to third-party retailers — primarily Bulldog Hand Tools (bulldoghandtools.co.uk) — who are responsible for fulfilling orders. The terms below summarise the typical sale conditions you can expect on the retailer's site; the retailer's own terms always take precedence.

Pricing and availability All prices shown on bignomad.com are indicative and include VAT where applicable. Final pricing, stock availability and any promotional offers are confirmed at checkout on the retailer's website.

Orders and contract formation A contract of sale is formed only when the retailer accepts your order and dispatches the goods. BigNomad Trading Ltd. is not a party to that contract.

Delivery Standard delivery is typically offered within the United Kingdom in 2–5 working days. International delivery times and charges vary. Please refer to the retailer's delivery policy for the most accurate information.

Right to cancel (UK consumers) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers normally have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel an order and a further 14 days to return the goods for a refund. The retailer's returns process applies.

Warranty The pruning secateurs featured on the Site are typically supplied with a 10-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage or normal wear.
